Up and coming singer/songwriter, Rebecca Helmer is quickly gaining a reputation as the new voice of pop rock, with a catchy, original sound. Rebecca was born into a natually musical family and has been singing since she could speak.  Since exploring her talents as a composer on the piano as a child, and teaching herself guitar as a teenager, she has written an abundance of instant hits. She has made televised appearances, such as the 2005 vocal competition, Gimme the Mic, and on air in the KLSY Ultimate Idol.
           After her original, self titled acoustic album sold out in a matter of months, she produced her sophomore album, Intrigued in 2005, which has drawn the same excitement from fans. On the album, Rebecca displays her vocal range and control with songs that come from the depths of her soul, and others that flow soft and flirtatiously over catchy guitar hooks and delicate piano pieces.  She is not only a musician, but a poet who pours witty, awakening lyrics into each composition.
